Peanut Butter Energy Balls
No-bake energy balls with a base, interchangeable seed options, mix-ins you can combine, and optional additions. Another nut or seed butter can replace the peanut butter.
Base (use all)

Step 1
Use all the base ingredients, choosing peanut butter or another nut or seed butter as its replacement. Choose one seed component and one or more mix-ins. Add any optional additions you want. Mix thoroughly until you have a slightly sticky dough that holds its shape. If it is too dry, add a little more of the chosen nut or seed butter, honey, or about 1 tablespoon of milk. If it is too wet or sticky, add more oats.
Step 2
Roll into balls, using roughly 1 generous tablespoon of dough for each ball.
Step 3
Place the balls on parchment or wax paper.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Step 5
Store sealed in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
